Our Director and Founder, Brando, is a football fanatic. Before founding Y4YFC, Brando played at every level of New York City soccer, at DUSC, Brooklyn FC/Two Bridges, Met Oval Academy, and Manhattan Soccer Club. He now attends Brown University. ​

Our Technical Director, Jackson ten Oever, played for New York Red Bulls and captained Met Oval to MLS NEXT success. Jackson is now the captain of Columbia University, where he was also nominated for CUA Rookie of the Year.

Cyrus Klinenberg plays for Met Oval and attends the Fieldston School. He is a four-star recruit and is committed to Princeton University. After his domestic success as an All-American, Cyrus took his game abroad, trialing at pro clubs including Aberdeen F.C.

Julian Beban has been a part of the club for nearly two years. He is a starter for Holy Cross, where intends to pursue a degree in mathematics. Before college, he played for BW Gotschee and attended Brooklyn Tech. Julian has also trialed with pro clubs in Germany.

Assistant coach Eddie Tackaberry has pursued soccer abroad, receiving a contract offer from German club TSG Sprockhövel. He made his professional debut in 2020 for New Amsterdam FC and has experience at all levels of the game. Eddie now plays for McGill University.

Assistant coach Ezra Widman plays for National Champions Syracuse University. Having played for NE Revolution, NYCFC, and Red Bulls, Ezra has top-level footballing experience. After years of hard work, Ezra made his professional debut for Red Bulls USL at just 17.

Assistant coach Mohamed (Momo') is a recent addition to the coaching staff and has proved himself invaluable. Momo knows the ins and out of New York City soccer, having played for Dusc, Met Oval, and Two Bridges Football Club. Momo is now playing Division III soccer with Williams College.

After playing for all-boys teams throughout her youth, Sophia is now playing for one of the best ECNL teams in the nation, World Class FC. Sophia loves working with younger kids, and in her free time you can find her babysitting or tutoring younger ones. Sophia is now playing at the University of Richmond (DI).

Frank Perera-Modica is an absolute baller for Bard. By fall, he's one of the Liberty League's top-scorers. By summer, he is one of the top coaches in the city. Frank has an immaculate understanding of attacking football.
